My day started out well enough learning how to make a bunch of symbols that will help me down the road. Then I tried for hours to do that little 5 minute thing Jeff did and never did figure it out. So I went the long way and made a swatch which made the file enormous and almost crashed my system.

This is taken from a children's book called Benny The Breakdown Truck. Its a favorite of mine because its probably the only book ever written that has a Type34 Karmann Ghia as a character.

The Start

In 2005 I led a trip across the U.S. to celebrate the 50th birthday of the Karmann Ghia. Here's where we kicked off the event.

I'm really behind in my class but I'm pleased with this latest piece.

This blog is going to start out as a viewer for some of my school assignments towards my goal of getting my A.A. in Digital Design from West Valley College. This will be my 3rd A.A. Since I consider myself a lifelong learner perhaps one day I'll have as many B.A.s.
